Home sweet home

it is not a news that pastels are in vogue, but when you say pastels everybody 

thinks about kids room or kitchen. and here we are! pastel colors could be used 

also in bathroom, living room or studio. 

I think it would be so relaxing working in a space like the one above, where 

everything is light and let your mind flow in whatever direction it will.

do you have pastels room in your home? I don’t. well, not yet!

feeling on the move

we are moving! well… pi is moving for us…

and our little fish is moving happily by herself all day long… maybe to help her daddy…

in a couple of week we will make a little step in our new life… 

and in our new beautiful home! yeeee!!

I wanna close this month with a last post, before beginning with a new colors… 

I’m in love with this way of drawing a space, painting a fake cone of light, 

merging everything it’s supposed to be in it. now… I’m thinking about a place 

I could use this in my home… maybe I could paint my bed light area? or my 

office desk!! I do not know really, but it would be so cute!!

so lovely these two illustrations. a splash of yellow in a rainy and grey day… 

rain apart, this is the color of the sky here today. I’m metereophatic, my mood 

changes with weather and I can’t do anything about it. so… today it’s not 

one of my better days, and I have yet to finish my suitcase…

we leave on sunday and I have so many things to do before the end of the week! 

including work… but since I have worked on saturday and sunday because of 

an urgency, I will take tomorrow and wednesday afternoon off, so I could do all 

the last thing I have to before leaving!

pasta mirage!

my sweet husband ippo is actually obsessed with the paleo diet…

and pasta has disappeared from our kitchen!
but I love pasta so much, especially during fall and winter, that I wanna make
an ode to pasta. usually I do not have a favorite pasta, it depends by the mood
of the day, but you can make me very happy with a simple short pasta with 
butter and plenty of grated parmigiano [or ravioli with butter and sage!]
