ippo‘s birthday! 30!

yesterday was ippo’s birthday! now he is officilaly 30 years old… 

he’s not so happy, he hates growing and getting older, but anyway…
we have celebrated!

now… which one of the cake here above it’s my cake?

here I am. my cake is the number 4… well, it’s really ugly… but you should
understand! it was a paleo cake!! a coconut fluffy paleo cake with fried banana 
on top… I also tried to make some coconut whipped cream but it doesn’t work…
not so beautiful but soooooo good! really!

here is the recipe I found on comfy belly [together with a lot of yummy recipes 
I have to try and taste!]

I adjusted the quantity of honey from the original recipe,
halving it and the taste was perfect!

1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
5 large eggs
1/2 cup of honey or agave syrup

preheat oven to 175°C. combine all the dry ingredients and blend. the add the wet
ingredients and blend with a mixer. let the batter sit for a few minutes, mix one
more and pour it in a cake pan [lined with parchment paper]. bake for 30 minutes
or untill a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
